Roni M. Most, Attorney
For over five decades, Harris County residents have visited the Most family for their legal needs. The Most name has been a fixture in Harris County courts, where a Most can be found advocating for their clients’ causes. Roni Most is a third generation attorney in Harris County. From learning from both his grandfather and father, Roni was imbued with a deep passion of being an advocate in the legal arena for his clients’ goals. After working and honing his skills working for many well-respected Harris County practitioners, Roni founded The Most Law Firm, with one simple goal: being an advocate who individuals and businesses turn to, when it matters most.
Roni knows the key to being a successful lawyer is meticulous preparation from the inception of being engaged by a client. Being a lawyer, like any other profession is hard work. Satisfactory results in litigation or in a transactional matter can only be realized through focus and intensity. Roni understands this, and knows that any client’s case is their most important case. Obtaining a favorable result and meeting a client’s goals can only be achieved through communication and one of the cornerstones of The Most Law Firm is communication. Roni relishes being an advocate who actually keeps all of his clients informed. Calls, letters and e-mails are all returned, as Roni knows a single mistake or missed opportunity, due to lack of being informed, can result not only in the loss of money, substantial damage to business or personal reputations but, ultimately, a client’s goal.
Since founding the Most Law Firm, Roni has represented individuals and businesses in a variety of matters including general business and civil litigation; corporate and business counseling; personal injuries; family matters; and criminal litigation.
In the litigation arena, Roni’s cases involve diverse areas of state and federal law including corporate litigation, collections, criminal defense, deceptive trade practices, defamation, factoring law, family law, personal injury, probate matters, and real estate matters. In the transactional arena, Roni provides general business counsel to a local family-owned and operated business regarding all of their corporate needs.
Prior to being admitted into the Texas State Bar, Mr. Most graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s of liberal arts degree. Mr. Most graduated from South Texas College of Law in 2000 and was admitted into the bar that same year. In 2012, Roni was appointed by Mayor Anise Parker as an Associate Municipal Court Judge of the City of Houston.
